About
Pieter Jansen is an entrepreneur, investor and technologist. He founded cybersecurity company Cybersprint, growing it from startup to an international business before its acquisition by Darktrace in 2022. Following the exit, Pieter joined Darktrace as SVP Cyber Innovation, before shifting his focus toward investing, advising founders and building new ventures. Today, he is a partner at CTRL+ALT+INVEST, investing in early-stage companies across cybersecurity, AI and quantum technology. Having experienced the startup journey from founding and fundraising to scaling, acquisition and life after an exit, Pieter speaks candidly about the mistakes, trade-offs and lessons that rarely make it into the traditional startup success story.
