About
Michael Mosher is a two-time CISO - at Rover, the worlds largest pet-care marketplace, and at OpenMarket, a global SaaS messaging provider - and previously led security strategy, architecture, and engineering at T-Mobile, directing a $100M+ annual security capital program. He was also a Senior Managing Director in PwCs cybersecurity practice and - earlier in his career - a US Army CID Supervisory Special Agent and hostage negotiator. He is board-certified in cyber-risk oversight (NACD.DC, DDN QTE), holds two US patents in mobile security, and writes two publications on AI governance and startup security. He is currently writing a book on securing the agentic enterprise. Michael is based in Paris, where he is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at HEC Paris.
